Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh spinach washed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin for best flavor

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed, optional for brightness

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the pan and stir continuously until wilted (2–3 minutes).
  4. Season lightly with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Optional: Drizzle with lemon juice before serving for extra freshness.
