Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini chopped
  • 1 cup spinach washed
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable broth or water in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped carrots and zucchini. Simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
  4. Add washed spinach, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot as a light, liver-friendly meal.
