- Scoop avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.

- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness with more sweetener or almond milk.
- Spoon mousse into serving cups and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Top with whipped cream, berries, or shaved dark chocolate for extra indulgence.
- Best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
