Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon dried nettle leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried red clover flowers
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add nettle, red clover, and peppermint to the water.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a teacup.
  5. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, stir, and serve warm.
