Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds raw or roasted
  • 1 cup cashews raw or roasted
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1 cup dried apricots chopped
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds pepitas
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks 70% cocoa or higher
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and shredded coconut.
