Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons dried lemon balm leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried passionflower
  • 2 cups hot water just below boiling
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • 2 slices fresh lemon optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Place lemon balm and passionflower in a teapot or heatproof cup.
  2. Pour hot water over the herbs and cover. Let steep for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Strain into mugs. Add honey if desired and garnish with lemon slices.
  4. Sip slowly, ideally before bedtime.
