- Heat olive oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle black pepper and add a splash of water. Stir well and cover for 2–3 minutes until cabbage is tender but still crisp.
- Uncover, stir-fry for another minute, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot as a healthy side dish.
