Post-Workout Chocolate Protein Shake
Chocolate protein powder blends with milk, banana, and peanut butter into a thick, dessert-like recovery shake.

After a hard session, the last thing you want is a complicated recipe — this shake is blended, poured, and gone in under two minutes.
A scoop of chocolate protein powder provides a concentrated dose of protein to support muscle recovery, while banana and peanut butter add carbohydrates and healthy fat that help refill spent energy stores. A pinch of cinnamon rounds out the chocolate flavor nicely.
Drink it within thirty minutes or so of finishing your workout for the most practical timing, and adjust the milk amount for a thicker or thinner texture. For an even thicker, milkshake-style texture, use a frozen banana straight from the freezer instead of a fresh one, and blend a touch longer until everything is fully smooth.
