Low-Carb Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries
Layers of Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and chia seeds build into a quick, low-carb parfait. Ready in about ten minutes.

This parfait comes together by layering, nothing more — Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and a sprinkle of chia seeds, repeated once more, finished with shredded coconut if you want extra texture. Choosing a thicker Greek yogurt rather than a thin one helps the layers hold their shape in the glass.
Using plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt instead of a flavored one keeps the carb count down considerably, and a low-carb sweetener in place of sugar means the parfait fits comfortably within a lower-carb, weight-loss-focused way of eating. Chia seeds add fiber and a bit of thickness as they sit.
Serve right away, or chill for ten minutes for a slightly thicker texture. and swap in whichever berries are freshest at the market.
