Sports drinks aren't the only way to replenish after a sweaty session — this one comes together with coconut water and a pinch of salt instead of a long ingredient list.

Coconut water naturally carries potassium and other electrolytes, and the added sea salt tops up the sodium lost through sweat, which is the main job of any electrolyte drink. A splash of orange juice and lemon juice adds a little vitamin C and keeps the flavor bright rather than flat.

Shake it together and drink it before, during, or after a workout to help rehydrate. Keep a bottle mixed and chilled in the fridge during hot weather or heavier training blocks, so it's ready to grab on the way out the door.
