Hormonal Balance Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seeds soak overnight in almond milk until thick and pudding-like, then get topped with fresh berries.

This is the kind of breakfast that works for you while you sleep — stir it together before bed, and by morning it's thickened into a soft, spoonable pudding.
Chia seeds are a notably fiber-rich, plant-based source of omega-3 fatty acids, and a steady dose of both is often part of eating well through menopause and hormonal shifts. Almond milk keeps things light, and a small drizzle of maple syrup along with fresh berries on top rounds it into something that actually feels like a treat.
Make a batch of two or three jars at once so breakfast is ready without any extra thought. If the pudding seems too thick after chilling, stir in a splash more almond milk until it loosens to the consistency you like, and keep leftovers covered in the fridge for up to three days.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk — or other plant-based milk

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract — optional
- 1/4 cup fresh berries — optional, for topping
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- 2Stir well to prevent chia seeds from clumping.
- 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
- 4Before serving, stir again and top with fresh berries if desired.
