High-Calorie Oatmeal Bowl with Nuts & Dried Fruit
Oats simmered in whole milk get piled with almonds, walnuts, raisins, and dried cranberries. A calorie-dense weight-gain breakfast.

Cooking oats in whole milk instead of water is the first move that pushes this bowl toward being more calorie-dense, and topping it generously with almonds, walnuts, raisins, and dried cranberries takes it further still. Toasting the nuts lightly in a dry pan beforehand brings out more of their flavor before they go on top.
Honey and cinnamon stirred in at the end add sweetness without needing anything else, while the mix of nuts and dried fruit brings healthy fats, fiber, and natural sugars that add up quickly — useful if you're working toward weight gain and need calorie-dense meals that don't require huge portions. A few minutes on the stove is all it takes.
Divide into bowls and top generously right before serving so the nuts stay crunchy.
