Grilled Tilapia with Garlic & Lemon for High Blood Pressure
Tilapia fillets brushed with garlic, olive oil, and lemon, then grilled until flaky — a light, low-sodium dinner for blood pressure.
Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets 6 oz each
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika optional
- Salt substitute or a small pinch of salt optional
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika evenly over the fish.
- Grill tilapia for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley or coriander.
