Green Tea & Lemon Longevity Drink
Steeped green tea gets brightened with fresh lemon juice, a little honey, and a hint of grated ginger.

Sometimes the best drink is the simplest one, and this is about as uncomplicated as tea gets — steep, strain, add a squeeze of lemon, and you're done.
Green tea carries natural antioxidant compounds, which is a big part of why it shows up so often in longevity-focused routines, and fresh lemon juice adds a bright, clean finish along with a little vitamin C. A touch of grated ginger and honey are optional but worth trying if you want a little more warmth.
Drink it warm as a quiet afternoon ritual, or chill it over ice for something more refreshing. Loose-leaf tea generally gives a fuller flavor than bags if you have it, though either works fine for an everyday cup you can make quickly.
