This is about as simple as a warm drink gets — steep a green tea bag for a few minutes, then stir in lemon juice and, if you like, a little honey once the tea bag comes out.
Green tea is a common feature in routines described as liver-friendly, often chosen as a lower-caffeine alternative to coffee. The lemon adds brightness and a bit of vitamin C on top of whatever the tea itself offers. It's a drink that takes barely five minutes and fits easily into a morning or afternoon routine.
