Green Tea Detox Drink with Lemon
Green tea steeped simple and slow, brightened with lemon juice, honey, and fresh mint — a light, warm sipping drink.

There's not much to this one, and that's the point — hot water, a green tea bag, a squeeze of lemon, and a couple of mint leaves for freshness.
Green tea is one of the more commonly cited sources of catechins, plant compounds often discussed alongside antioxidant-rich eating patterns, which is part of why this drink carries a cancer-support tag. Letting it steep a little longer than usual — a few minutes to brew, then another rest before straining — draws out more of that flavor without needing to boil the water and risk bitterness. Lemon and a touch of honey round out the taste, and both are entirely optional if you prefer the tea plain.
Drink it warm right away, or let it cool and refrigerate for a chilled version on a hot day.
