Grapefruit & Green Tea Fat Cleanse Drink
Steeped green tea combined with fresh grapefruit juice and a touch of ginger, served warm or over ice.

Brew the tea while you juice the grapefruit, and this drink is ready in under ten minutes either way you choose to serve it.
Green tea and citrus are a common pairing in cleanse-focused drinks, which is why this recipe carries that tag — grapefruit brings a tart, slightly bitter brightness that balances the tea's earthiness. A little honey and grated ginger round out the flavor if you prefer it a touch sweeter and warmer-tasting.
Serve it warm on a cool morning, or pour over ice for a refreshing afternoon drink.
Letting the tea cool slightly before adding the grapefruit juice helps preserve more of the citrus's fresh flavor. This drink is easy to double if you're making a batch to keep in the fridge for the week.
