Flaxseed Smoothie for Cholesterol Balance
Almond milk, yogurt, and banana blended smooth with ground flaxseed and cinnamon — a quick, fiber-boosted smoothie.

This smoothie comes together in the time it takes to load a blender — almond milk, yogurt, banana, and a spoonful of ground flaxseed.
Flaxseed is the ingredient doing the most work toward this drink's cholesterol tag: it's a well-known source of soluble fiber and plant omega-3s, both frequently mentioned in the context of cholesterol-conscious eating. Yogurt adds protein and a creamy texture without needing any added sugar, and banana rounds out the sweetness naturally. Cinnamon is optional, there mostly for a bit of warmth in the background rather than to change the flavor dramatically.
Blend until completely smooth, add ice if you want it colder, and drink it right away for the best texture.
