This is less a recipe than a ritual — steep the herbs, strain, and sip slowly, either warm or chilled over ice.

Raspberry leaf and nettle are herbs traditionally used in teas marketed toward women's reproductive health, which is why this blend is tagged for fertility; lemon balm adds a mellow, slightly minty note that balances the earthier leaves. A little honey and a splash of lemon juice make it more palatable without masking the herbal flavor.

Make a full pot and keep the extra in the fridge — it's just as pleasant cold.

Because it's naturally caffeine-free, this blend is easy to sip more than once a day, whether that's a morning cup or a second pot in the afternoon. Some people build it into a regular weekly habit rather than a one-off treat.
