Running beetroot, carrot, apple, and a knob of fresh ginger through a juicer gives you a deep red drink that's sweeter and more approachable than beetroot juice on its own — the apple does a lot of the work there.
Beetroot and carrot are common choices in juices built around liver-supportive eating, often grouped together with other whole, unprocessed produce as part of that kind of routine. A splash of lemon juice at the end adds brightness. Drink it soon after juicing, while the color and flavor are at their best.
