BLT Chopped Salad with Turkey Bacon & Greek Yogurt Ranch
All the flavors of a BLT sandwich chopped into a salad, with crisp turkey bacon and a creamy Greek yogurt ranch.
This one takes the flavors everyone loves about a BLT and skips the bread entirely. Crisped turkey bacon, juicy cherry tomatoes, and creamy avocado get tossed with chopped romaine, then finished with a ranch-style dressing made from Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
Because it leaves out the bread, this salad naturally lands lower in carbs than a sandwich version while still being genuinely filling — the avocado and turkey bacon carry a satisfying amount of richness. It's an easy lunch to reach for when you're keeping an eye on your weight without wanting to feel like you're missing out.
Toss the dressing in right before serving so the romaine stays crisp instead of wilting.
