Avocado & Egg Breakfast Wrap Under 300 Calories
Scrambled eggs, mashed avocado, and spinach roll into a small whole wheat tortilla for a portable breakfast.

This wrap is built for mornings when you need to eat something real but don't have much time — scrambled eggs, mashed avocado, and a handful of spinach rolled into a small tortilla, with salsa if you want a little kick. Scrambling the eggs gently over low heat keeps them soft rather than dry, which makes the wrap easier to roll without cracking.
Using small six-inch tortillas rather than full-size ones keeps the portion in check, which is part of what lets this wrap land under 300 calories while still including eggs and avocado for staying power. It travels well too, wrapped in foil for eating on the way out the door.
Serve immediately while the eggs are still warm, or wrap tightly to take with you.
