Anti-Wrinkle Carrot & Orange Smoothie
Carrots and fresh orange blend with almond milk and a touch of ginger into a bright, citrusy smoothie.

This smoothie tastes more like a treat than anything virtuous, but it's built almost entirely from carrots and oranges — two ingredients known for their vitamin C and beta-carotene content.
Both nutrients are frequently mentioned in skin-health and anti-aging conversations, and blending them with almond milk gives the drink a smooth, sippable texture rather than the pulpy bite of a straight juice. A little fresh ginger adds warmth, and honey rounds out the citrus tang if you want it sweeter.
Blend until frothy and drink it fresh — the color alone is worth the effort. Leftover carrot pulp from a juicer can go straight into this blender version instead of being wasted, since blending — unlike straight juicing — keeps the fiber in the finished drink.
