Refund Policy

At Medcipe, your satisfaction is important to us. As a digital wellness and recipe platform with instant access to premium content, we aim to be transparent about how refunds are handled.

 

1. Subscription Payments

When you subscribe to Medcipe, you are billed immediately for the selected plan. This grants you access to members-only recipes, content, and tools based on your preferences.

All payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Renewals
  • Upgrades or downgrades

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

2. Cancel Anytime Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the following month.

No future charges will occur unless you manually re-subscribe.

3. Accidental Payments or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or multiple times:

  • Contact us immediately at support@medcipe.com
  • We will investigate and, if verified, issue a refund for duplicate or mistaken charges

Please contact us within 7 days of the charge for consideration.

4. No Refund for Preference-Based Dissatisfaction

Because Medcipe is customized to your selected categories (e.g., health condition, diet type, cuisine), we do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction based on:

  • Content volume
  • Personal expectations
  • Lack of preferred recipes (you can update your preferences at any time)

5. Trial Offers

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will not be charged until the trial ends
  • You can cancel during the trial to avoid charges
  • After the trial ends, you will be automatically billed unless you cancel

6. Technical Issues

If you’re experiencing issues accessing the platform or your dashboard:

  • Contact us at support@medcipe.com
  • We’ll work to resolve it promptly but technical issues do not qualify for refunds

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a valid charge via your bank or payment provider (i.e., a chargeback), we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account permanently
  • Block future access to the platform
