Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe papaya peeled, deseeded, and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice to enhance flavor
  • 3–4 pieces ice cubes optional, for a chilled smoothie

Method
 

  1. Peel, deseed, and cube ripe papaya.
  2. Add papaya cubes, almond milk, lime juice, and honey (if using) into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
